DESCRIPTION:
Leave Lisbon Downtown center and cycle towards the Ribeira das Naus Dock. From here we’ll be heading, always along the Tagus River, to the Discoveries Quarter passing through some emblematic city hotspots like the Modern Art Museum – MAAT. Don´t miss the Belém Tower, considered UNESCO World Heritage, a fortress from the XVI Century built to protect the entrance of Lisbon in the Tagus River. After a rest pedal back to Lisbon, enjoy the totally flat terrain and taste one of the most traditional pastries in Portugal – Pastel de Nata / Custard with some Moscatel Wine.
